Our service uses Google OAuth for secure authentication:

• By using Google sign-in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service
• We access only the profile information you explicitly consent to
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account or password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClarisMind to:

• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload content that infringes on copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload to ClarisMind. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Content: The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClarisMind and its licensors.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClarisMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClarisMind, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClarisMind and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
